Features

↗

No redirects

You get a direct URL; we do not create an intermediate link.

✓

Conservative list

Known identifiers are removed, not generic parameters that might break functionality.

□

Local

The URL does not need to leave your browser to be cleaned.

What it removes

The tool removes global tracking parameters plus conservative service-specific rules for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon and eBay. It can also extract destinations from known redirect wrappers and preserves functional parameters when removal cannot be justified.

Example of a cleaned link

In the following link, utm_source labels a campaign source, while page=2 may be needed to preserve the result you expect. The tool removes the former and keeps the latter; not every query parameter indicates tracking.

https://example.com/producto?page=2&utm_source=boletin

The expected result is https://example.com/producto?page=2. Always check the destination domain and that the page still works. This tool does not verify whether a destination is safe.

Frequently asked questions

Can it break a link?

The list is designed to be conservative. Even so, it is sensible to check the destination before sharing the result.

Does it shorten the URL?

No. It does not use any redirect or URL-shortening service.
