Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the tools and content available on the site.

Acceptable use

Users are responsible for the content they process and for how they use the resulting output. The tools may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, or in ways that infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, image, reputation, confidentiality or data-protection rights. They may not be used to process, create or distribute content whose possession, use or distribution is unlawful, to bypass security measures, or to facilitate unlawful activity.

Rights to content

Use of the tools does not transfer rights in processed content. Users must have the rights, permissions or legal basis required to process and use that content where applicable.

Tool operation

Each tool describes its functions, supported formats and limitations. Formats or capabilities that have not been implemented for a tool are not advertised as supported.

Availability

Tools may be modified, updated or withdrawn when necessary to maintain security, reliability or compatibility. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Visitor counter use and limits

The counter records page loads, including reloads; it does not identify unique visitors. Owners set an unverified starting value. A counter only works on its declared domain; www and non-www hosts may differ. You must be authorized to install it and disclose the service connection to site visitors.

To limit abuse and cost, technical caps are 2,500 views per counter per day, 15,000 views across the service per day and 40 new counters across all users per day. Limits may change; uninterrupted availability or counting during failures and overload is not guaranteed. You can redesign the same counter indefinitely using its ID without creating another. Keep the recovery key because it cannot be displayed again.

The widget includes a subtle visible Rusadix Tools credit link marked nofollow. Owners can disable it by adding data-credit=off to the embed code. No such attribution is embedded in downloaded files. Automated reloads to inflate totals or other abusive use is prohibited.

Privacy

Information processing related to operation of the site is described in the Privacy Policy. Tools marked as local process their content directly in the browser. Functions that require a network request are explicitly identified and run only when the user requests them.
